In September 2025, China Post officially launched the WH (delivery to warehouses in Russia) service, which offered a new logistics option for sellers on Ozon and further opened up a logistics channel connecting Chinese sellers and the Russian market. As of the end of April 2026, Zhejiang Postal Branch generated a revenue of 168 million yuan (about 24.81 million US dollars) cumulatively from the WH service, with a business volume of 38.22 million mail pieces and serving 2,083 customers, ranking first among the postal branches nationwide in both volume and revenue.
On September 1, 2025, when the WH service was officially launched, Zhejiang Postal Branch set up a project team linking provincial, city-level and county-level postal branches. The international business company of Zhejiang Postal Branch sorted out a list of thousands of postal channel clients. Based on the features of local industries, city-level postal branches created three categories of customer lists and conducted field visits to acquire customers. On the launch day of the service, they accepted the first batch of items, enabling a seamless transition from testing to official operation.
In November 2025, the daily business volume of this service exceeded 100,000 pieces for the first time, and then broke the threshold of 200,000 pieces only half a month later. On February 27, 2026, the daily collection volume hit a record high of 325,000 pieces.
From Zhejiang to Moscow, with its revenue growing from zero to over 100 million yuan, the rapid rise of the WH service was no accident. On the one hand, its success lies in the fact that Zhejiang Postal Branch has precisely grasped the core competitiveness of its products. It has targeted the market of light and small items under 250 grams and fully leveraged its advantages in price and time limit. On the other hand, it is the solid execution of the front-line team, who has translated every initiative into tangible results for customers, the project and growth, that has genuinely turned the quality service into strong growth momentum.
