Ozon, together with Henan Postal Branch and Henan Cross-border E-commerce Association, is holding an event to attract traders in Central China’s Henan province.

In 2025, Henan Postal Branch took the lead in establishing Henan Cross-border E-commerce Association, the first provincial-level association nationwide with a postal enterprise as its chair. By leveraging the association empowerment and extending services to local industrial belts, Henan Postal Branch has acquired over a thousand sellers on Ozon and driven the average daily Russia-bound business volume to over 40,000 orders, which has continuously strengthened the competitiveness of Henan-made products in Russian-speaking markets.

Relying on the association, Henan Postal Branch has hosted over 100 sessions of “cross-border e-commerce plus industrial belt” events for two consecutive years, empowering specialized industrial belts across 18 cities in the province and facilitating Henan-made products going global. Meanwhile, it has provided comprehensive international express and logistics services, covering multiple services such as mail, commercial express, freight and overseas warehousing as well as multiple transport channels such as air, rail, sea and trucking in an embedded manner, to enable targeted customer acquisition. At the China Post Zhengzhou Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, Henan Postal Branch has set up a regular on-site service station, offering one-stop support for platform registration, customs declaration and clearance, collection and dispatch, helping businesses complete the process from registration to first shipment in as quickly as three days.

Leveraging the advantages of Zhengzhou International Mail Hub Port, Henan Postal Branch facilitates building a multidimensional Belt and Road connectivity network, through the development of air and land dual-channel logistics in the Russian-speaking region. In terms of air channel, it has launched a direct air route for everyday flights from Zhengzhou to Moscow based on Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, with the total transit time for express services like e-EMS amounting to approximately seven working days, and that for WH air service about 10 days. In terms of land channel, relying on border ports such as Tacheng, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, and Erenhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, it opened the Zhengzhou-border ports-Russia international trucking routes. Leveraging the resources of the China-Europe Railway Express (Zhengzhou), Henan Postal Branch is operating dedicated Russia-bound block trains on a monthly basis to ensure the export of bulk goods. Moreover, it launched a Zhengzhou–Moscow direct test freight express train on May 20, to expand land transportation channels for Russia-bound mail. With these efforts, Henan Postal Branch has been constantly enhancing the comprehensive service capabilities of the postal gateway, accelerating the construction of an independent, secure and controllable international express and logistics system, and facilitating the development of the cross-border e-commerce businesses in Henan.
